Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional plans across all platforms
- Manage and organize content calendars for all company pages
- Schedule and publish social media posts and daily stories
- Shoot and edit simple content (Reels / Stories / In-store videos) especially for promotions and activations
- Reply to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video teams for all visuals and campaigns
- Follow up with internal departments and branches for marketing materials and requests
- Assist in product launches, campaign rollouts, and seasonal promotions
- Monitor online campaigns and provide basic performance reports
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and suggest creative ideas
- Support website content updates and simple maintenance follow-ups

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & digital marketing is a plus
