Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and payments (cash, cards, and other payment methods).
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and refunds when required.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain balanced cash drawers.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, prices, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth checkout operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
  • Follow company policies related to billing, discounts, and returns.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the store supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in cashiering or retail is preferred.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
