Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and payments (cash, cards, and other payment methods).
- Issue receipts, invoices, and refunds when required.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain balanced cash drawers.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, prices, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth checkout operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
- Follow company policies related to billing, discounts, and returns.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the store supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail is preferred.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
